LINDEMAR

[DEUTSCHE VERSION]

The name Lindemar is made up from the musician´s names

GER LINDE KRONSTEINER who plays the harp and sings
OT MAR PICHLER who plays the accordion

This austrian duo is based in the Tirol, near Innsbruck. Both musicians are qualified. On the one hand they both teach in music schools and on the other hand accompany all kinds of different events in their own professional manner.

The two of them got to know each other by pure chance in May 2008. Both of them had already been successful as musicians and so to form the unique combination of such instruments was certainly a challenge to them which they proudly took on.

After their first performace, it was clear to both musicians that they had been given a wonderful present. They were both so overwhelmed by the delicacy felt, that they described this as "if the two completely different instruments started to communicate with each other".

Their first audience felt exactly the same way, after which became clear to LINDEMAR, that they only had one choice and that was to pass on their "present" from that very moment.

It doesn´t matter to LINDEMAR if they play at small venues, church concerts or even at gala dinners. It is no problem for the duo to expand into a trio if the event is even larger. The players consider their task done when each person, each form of taste, every soul and heart is touched by their music. To be able to do this you have to profit from an exceptional range of music styles, which the duo do.

An individual programme is made for each event, each occasion and each audience. This is a challenge which is not noticable to the audience but even so of great importance. It is also important for LINDEMAR that one is able to hold a conversation at the same time they play that´s why they take extra consideration to the volume.

One can cearly notice the passion of both players passed on to their listeners and guests. It captures those who are open to very special things.

LINDEMAR´S motto - "It should be balsam for the soul". The duo likes to play where they know that good music is appreciated and where they know that somebody wants to treat himself and his guests to something unique.
